Put key in ignition, push it in as far as it will go and turn anti clockwise whilst still pushing the key. The seat should pop open.

You can try a couple of things. Does it have a helmet lock? If so try putting the key in and turning it the wrong way. Other wise there should be another key hole somewhere to open it I would have thought.

Can running an exhaust with out baffles hurt a motor?
