bajaj culture? for loyalty, there should be respect in people's mind about the company and its product. bajaj can barely make auto rickshaws correctly, leave alone bikes. how can a company which makes auto rickshaws and bulbs (and not even that correctly) make bikes?? Strange!!

There is no culture for bajaj in India. it is the brand the people of India perennially associate with 4hp scooters, auto rickshaws and tube lights. People barely think of it as a auto company. Everybody knows the quality level (or rather the lack of it) of bajaj products. there can and will never be a bajaj following anywhere. Period.
