How to maintain a two wheeler can anyone list out d parts tobe perfect in 2 wheelers and full maintenance?

i need to know properly d details regarding d 2 wheelers and four wheelers.don't say read service books or something else.only proper answers which will be helpful to people who r not that inteligent to read books.ok have a good day.

--Change oil and filter
--Adjust and lube drive chain or change final drive oil (if bike has drive shaft).
--Adjust tire pressure
--Check level of F & R brake master cylinders and clutch master cylinder (if aplicable and add brake fluid if necessary).
--Adjust brakes
--Adjust cables (brake, clutch, throttle, choke).
--Clean air filter (foam) or change if necessary (paper).
--Add distilled water to battery if needed and charge it.
--Check coolant level and add if necessary.
--Change spark plugs
--Tighten spokes
--Lube all moving parts
--Check that all nuts and bolts are tight.
--Check all lights and electrical (kill switch, horn, clutch safety switch, brake light switch).
--Adjust valves (4 stroke engines)
--Every machine is different and uses a different procedure for each item. So it's to lengthy to describe each procedure.
