What is the best sport bike to buy if you've never riden?

Question:
I really want a Kninja (or so I think) but I've never riden a bike before. I know I can learn quickly but I want a bike that isn't too complicated. Any suggestions? Also how easy is it to learn?

Just like the above poster, I also feel that starting with MSF (or the Harley course, might be cheaper and easier to get into ~ similar info) is the Best step you can take. And I'd also suggest the EX250, EX500, GS500E (or F if you Must have the fairings), Hyosung GT250R type bikes to start out on for about 10k miles. Some will likely suggest the Kawi 650, and SV650 ~ but they're powerful enough to bite you in the azz pretty hard when you make the newbie mistakes that ALL Newbies make. And don't even Think about getting one of the 600/750/1000+ super sport 4-cylinder bikes right off the bat. Those bikes will do Exactly what You tell it to, and a new rider doesn't have the ability to really learn on thoser things, it's more a matter of survival.

What tyre i should buy for my Bajaj Pulsur 150 cc ?

Personally, I completely endorse the Ninja 250. I bought one for my wife while riding I was ridinga ZRX1100, and had so much fun on the 250 that I sold the ZRX1100. It has more than enough handling, power, comfort, sportiness, etc to satasfy someone who came off a bike with 142rwhp, has roadracing experience and toured the country on a VFR700.... it certainly has enough for a new rider. And it's designed to make a new riders life much nicer in that it has a heavy flywheel, which helps guard against stalling... you can, quite litteraly, let the clutch out on the EX250, give no gas, and the bike will not stall and roll along slowly.

Does anyone make radios for sports bikes?

Take an MSF course. See if you actually like riding. If ya do get a cheap Ninja 250 or EX500, GS500 or something similar. Ride a year or two then get you a nice sportbike...Just please don't do the stupid "I need a new bike to start on" move, especially a 1000.

2002 gsxr 1000 showbike stolen in tucson, az!! stolen last night!! help!!?

Definitely pick up a Kawasaki Ninja 500. I had never ridden before in my life and was able to teach myself to ride this bike in less than a couple evenings. Great center of gravity on this bike. Consistent power through throttle. Very confident feel. Buy new at all possible costs. If you must buy used then make sure there was only one owner before you. Make sure to ask what kind of fuel the owner used (if they say any thing other than "premium" RUN! This bike only takes premium.) Very fuel efficient. If you have the extra money get the 600cc Ninja. Even though there is only 100cc difference the 600 has considerably more torque. I felt I could handle more power after only a couple of weeks on the 500. 600cc is also the cutoff for insurance rates. Anything above 600cc insurance is considerably more expensive. Do not make the mistake of buying the 636 Ninja and wind up paying a lot more on insurance for only 36cc more engine displacement. BTW I now have a 600cc Honda and would go back to the Ninja if I had the money.

Tire Paint 06 gixxer?

My first bike was a Kawasaki EX500/Ninja 500 and I would recommend it. If you are a smaller person go for the Ninja 250. I'm now riding a Suzuki SV650s which a lot of people use as a beginner bike too. Both the EX500 and SV650S are twin engines -- loads of low end toque which is ideal for city driving and very forgiving.

How do I remove the ignition switch from a 94gsx600?

The correct answer is none!. Buy a small, slower, used bike first. Ride it for a while till you get used to it. If you can learn not to crash it then get a bigger one. Not everyone is a natural with a bike. Find this out on the small bike before you buy the big one.

Of course you think you want a Ninja. There are a lot of dead riders that said they could learn quickly JUST LIKE YOU! You are NOT special, and learning to unconsciously shift, brake, lean, balance, and USE (not just twist) the throttle will take your ENTIRE LIFE to figure out, however long (or short) that may be.

Vance and Hines Motorcycle Exhaust?

Graduate from high school first, and concentrate a little more in English classes. Learn to drive effectively first, because no matter whose fault it is, even a little "fender bender" can kill you on a motorcycle. They may look cool, but they are not toys and will slap you HARD if you don't know what you're doing.

Then get signed up for an MSF class so you can actually LEARN how to operate a motorcycle. The rest is up to you.
