st louisan here.. man if it is scaling rust take and throw some marbles or ball bearings in it with 1/3 full of gunk engine cleaner... shake the tank with marbles all around and dump out. repeat if nessesary by looking at what comes out each time. after you get n rust or garbage coming out flush really well with clean hot water. i do not use tank liners as they fail eventually and then u have that stuff going in your petcock and carb, not good. if you need someone to do it i can do the job. jamss2@yahoo.com
