The CRF150 is a mild off-road begginers bike with a gentle fur-stroke engine whereas the CR 125 is an aggressive all-out motocross race bike with a fast two stroke engine. The choice of which is better FOR YOU depends on what kind of riding you do and your skill level.'94 535 yamaha virago A good bike?
I think Nomad pretty much covered it. I would forget about the 125 personally. It is a dying breed. If you want a full sized bike go with the CRF250R instead. This is the last year Honda is making the CR125 and personally I don't want to own a discontinued bike. Also if you plan to race you'll be at a disadvantage on the 125. As far as the CRF150R goes, I don't think AMA tracks are allowing it to run the 85 class. I believe you can run super mini and schoolboy classes only on the 150. I would try sitting on both the CRF250R and the CRF150R to see which fits you better.More Questions & Answers ...
