Suzuki TS50 Restrictor In Exhaust?

Look for a 4-stroke in the 100-150 cc class, or a two-stroke 85cc. Anything bigger will be too heavy, and too tall for him. My little bro is 12 and has had his Yamaha TTR-125 for a year now, and loves it. He'll be able to ride it another year or two before it's too small/slow for him. You also might want to take a look at the Yamaha TTR-225, or Honda XR-200. They both have low seat heights, and are pretty cheap. After riding and working on both, i'd lean more towards the XR. I'd recommend a 4-stroke, they last longer, better on fuel, and are easier to ride. Good luck!

How old must you be to get a moped licence in the state of michigan?

depends on how tall he is but I would HIGHLY recommend the yamaha xt225. It is a four stroken enduro. Very reliable in ALL facets. Check it out. You can get cheap used ones and the seat heighth is low. -john (rock island, il)
