A PCIII will make a minor difference in top HP, but the biggest change will be a smoother power delivery. Most motors have a dip around 4-6k RPM, the PCIII will help eliminate it.

Night and day, especially if you have a high flow air filter and an exhaust. A friend of mine did preciisely that, and he was smoking another friends busa, with the same mods. Both have over 15- 20 years riding experience.
