It's not much different. It does however increase your stopping distance. It also slows your turning speed, or your turn back speed slightly. One other thing, hard braking causes the passenger to slide forward against you, which can be tricky in sticky situations.

i have some questions about motorcycles?

Passengers are not a problem provided you are prepared for some changes. The center of gravity on the bike will shift higher. You will only notice this when you stop. You will not notice too much difference with a passenger riding straight but if they assume they have to "lean" with the bike as opposed to just sitting still then you will feel them move around. I tell all passengers I have a problem with to just sit still and let me drive. I tell them to look over my right shoulder in a right curve and my left shoulder in a left curve. That solves the "leaning" problem quite nicely. Also stress to the passenger that they are not to move around much while you are stopped. If they move around too much and you're not prepared you will most likely drop the bike. Don't let any of this scare you...riding with a passenger is not scary. Just prepare yourself for some changes in physics. That's it...it's just physics.

Need knowdleg for Yo-bike?

Not too bad, but you will feel the extra weight in acceleration & braking. The number one thing is that your passenger MUST LEAN with you and trust that you know what you're doing. It sucks trying to lean into a turn and having the bike handle like a sack of rocks because your passenger refuses to cooperate. it's even worse when they decide to trust you MID-TURN and lean in, which pitches the bike over FAST!

Has anyone triked out their Harley Davidson Road King Classic?

The general rule is that they need to lean with you, no more and no less. Take it easy at first if your passenger doesn't know how to be one, and lean forward when shifting or you'll get "helmet-butted" every time.

Having a passenger sucks! It takes all the fun out of riding the bike. Want to carry passengers.... get a car. If someone is bent on riding with you, make them get their own bike.
