You could try and push the bike down the road with the clutch in and the bike in second or third, and when you get to running speed, jump ontop of the bike and let go of the clutch.
Or you could invest in a starter motor.

There is an art to kickstarting bikes. It's a lost art now that most bikes have electric starters, but back in my day young feller.First. Make sure it is tuned up correctly. Some automatic compression releases are set by adjusting the valves to a certain clearance. (I was a Kawasaki mechanic and can only tell you about that. On one model the valve was correctly set when the cylinder compression was at 150lbs.)

Second. Find some old Harley rider to show you how it's done. That is how I learned. Make sure your choke is set, throttle is off, etc., then turn the motor over until you reach the point where you feel the most resistance. Rise up and use your body weight to drive the lever down in a steady arc. Repeat until it starts. If you just stab at the lever over and over you will only tire yourself out although the old Harley riders watching you will get great amusement!

There is nothing easy about starting a big thumper. It is very hard to explain without being there to show you. Try to find someone to show you first hand, even if you have to take it to a shop. The compression release is not used while you are trying to start the bike. It is to help you get the piston to "top dead center" before you start the bike.Here is how you start the YZ426F. I think it will work with your zuk 650.
Kick slowly until you feel the most compression. This is just before top dead center(TDC). Pull the decomp lever. Push the kickstarter just a little farther(about 2 inches) to get it past TDC. Release the lever, bring the kickstarter all the way up. Without pulling the lever, KICK!
