those models must not be available in the US i did a side by side comaprison on the yamaha web site the link below might work. the vino is cooler looking to me, but the C3 has a better rear suspension for a softer ride. the might be similar to the ones you listed. i have found that worldwide companies offer the same piece of machinery but under different names in different countries. a 49cc engine gets by far the best mileage, but just look at the styling and suspension "travel". travel is the distance that the wheels can go up and down. the longer the travel, the smother the ride. BTW if you dont wear a helmet, i'll find you and kick your butt for being stupid. Have fun, and be careful!
