Are you kidding? How can you even compare the two? A CBR blows the crap out of a Vespa, it runs circles around it. Vespas arent cool, their gay, in Grand Theft Auto 4 their called Faggios. The CBR is way cooler, and a GSXR cooler still.what is the name of the scooter in which you lean forward and back to make it go?
In the U.S. a scooter is considered just like any other scooter no matter the brand or model, though I guess a Vespa is considered top of the heap even here if someone cared about the details. Motorcycles on the other hand have lots of differences between brands and models, just look at the posts that say there's better/faster than a CBR. I've been in a suspension class where the instructor leads fast groups through the hills on a 250cc Ninja (10 year old design cranking out maybe 18 hp) so I don't compare brands or models myself beyond what suits my riding style, but a motorcycle owns a scooter in a turn.More Questions & Answers ...
