Where can i get a manual for a suzuki bandit?

It would be helpful to provide year, make, and model of your bike when you ask questions.
I assume that you are saying that your bike does not start well when the engine is cold. If it is turning over too slowly it could be that your battery is getting old and weak, charge it and have it load tested replace if necessary. What oil are you running, if you are using 20-50 it may be better to use a 10-40 instead. If the engine is cranking over normally and it is still hard starting the starting circuit of your carburettors may be needing a cleaning, or, perhaps a good tune-up is due.
Personally, I'd start by making sure the battery is good.
