Mini motorcycle?

Question:
I am looking for some sort of mini motorcycle, much smaller than a regular motorcycle, and bigger than a pocket bike. Not a "super" pocket bike. I want one to just ride around, doesn't have to be street legal. Below 700. Any suggestions?

If you want something small that's bigger than a pocketbike and isn't a scooter, try a Honda Rebel or Shadow, they have very low seat heights.
