buy one and have it paintedUnless you just Have to have it in pink, since you say you are a new rider, buy yourself a good, smaller bike to learn on and don't worry about the paint job for now, as you will have a few low-speed or stop dropsy's, so why mess up a pretty paint job with road rash?
Ride around for a while on your trainer until you develope confidence in your riding skills, then, consider moving up to a bigger bike(possibly a newer one,too) and you'll have time to plan your own unique paint scheme during your induction time.
If this is your first time on a cycle, literally, you'd be wise to invest in lessons, especially on a closed circuit, if available, as city traffic is NO place to learn to ride. At least get into a motorcycle safety course, for your health's sake. Your local bike shop should be good for info on thiss.
