Which is better in a gas 49cc scooter.?

sounds like your forks are low on fluid or slightly bent or steering bearing is loose

The front axle could be loose allowing the front brake assembly to click.

HELP!! i think i've broke my bf's motorbike!!?

--Can't really give you an answer without seeing your bike.
--Check the F wheel bearings - hold the handle bars full L or R against the steering stop. Try to wiggle the wheel sideways.
--Check for loose spokes.
--Check the speedometer drive (on the F wheel).
--Check the steering bearings. They could be loose. With the bike on the side stand, jack up the front of the bike to get the F wheel off the ground. Try to pull the wheel away from the bike (and push it towards the bike).
--Last thing would be to dis-assemble the forks and check for any worn parts.
