Stop action movie short - with Bikers & Scooters?

Years ago I watched a movie short (maybe 5-7 minutes max.) about tough-looking bikers who meet up with a bunch of guys on scooters. The entire movie was done using "stop action" filming and there wasn't a scooter or motorcycle in the short. Guys posed, a frame was "snapped" then the guys moved a little bit and then another frame was "snapped"... this was done to show wheelies, burnouts, rideing with "ape hanger" bars on choppers as well as the scooter guys who in the end I believe won over the biker girls. HELP! What was the name of the video. HINT it was something seemingly easily to associate with bikers like "Easy Riders"... "Rebel Riders"... "Uneasy Riders" Dang I can't think of what it is called... PLEASE HELP!

It is still Hilarious! Sucks that IMDb.com barely has info on it. Someone needs to make a database for "short films"...
