Suzuki ap 50cc (drive belt)?

Question:
can anybody give me sum tips on fitting 1 of these drive belts,thought i'd replace mine as it was slack, i went and cut it off and know cantget the new 1 back on... please help,thanxs olly

Spread the sheaves of the clutch and pull the belt to the center of the spindle.
Jamb as much of the belt as you can on the other pulley. Turn the pulley and work the belt in at the same time.
