put some new petrol in it. if you can kickstart it do(it`ll take a few goes because the petrol has to work its way round the bike) if you cant then charge the battery if you have a charger. then try start with the starter, let it turn for about 5 seconds, give it a min or two then try for about 10 seconds leave a few mins gap then another ten seconds. you have to just try till it fires up,What is the universal mileage of bajaj pulsar 150CC DTiS.?

I used to have a little 50cc sometimes I would leave it for months without starting it, I used to charge the battery and give it a few trys and it would start every timeHI griff you may also have to strip and clean the carb as it could be gummed up with old oil that will have been mixed with your petrol and as the petrol evaporates the mixture thickens blocking the jets, neddle, float ect in the carburettor which then delivers the wrong mixture or amount of fuel/air resulting in the bike not starting(sorry thats on a two stroke engine) hope this is some help.
Remove spark plug and clean , then get a funnel and pour a small amount of petrol into the bore then replace the spark plug , it should fire up straight away but may need to repeat to pull the fuel through the lines . p.s make sure your brake is on when you start it up....!

Take off the air filter & squirt brake cleaner directly into the carb when you try & start it, if that don't work nothing will (old mechanics trick, very useful)Best taking it to a mechanic. That way the mechanic will be able to fix any problems with it.
You have to bair in mind that the piston has not moved in a little under 12 months.

Clean & regap the sparkplug...charge the battery put in some premium fuel and it'll start right up.my dirt bike wont start and it has gas and i did choke it and the spark plugs are still good.?

as others have advised, chances are 99% that it is a fuel problem, modern unleaded fuel leaves a very gummy dposit if left for very long, i have just rebuilt a bike which stood for 2 years and I had to soak the carbs in Nitromors paint stripper! This is not unusual combined with the oil in a 2 stroke mix I should think you have something resembling Evo-stick in your fuel system. Clear this problem first then a general service, plugs air filter etc.More Questions & Answers ...
