How to improve the rear brakes on a 97 Yamaha Blaster?

Question:
Everyone I have spoken to says they can't be made any better. Has anyone had any luck with modifications? The rear hydraulic set up off the 2005/2006 models costs major $$, even on eBay...

My friend replaced his with the rear brake of a banshee and it works very well.

The American Choppers son Paulie, is he married?

well it is really a pain in the rear you best bet would be to go with the hydrolic system but there are some screws on the rear brakes that you can tighten but if you tighten them too much you have to rip them apart and start over so make sure you know what you are doing...im not real sure where they are on the brakes if i had my blaster here at my house i could tell you for sure but best bet is hydrolic breaks.
