RIDLEY - This one was mentioned before, and is the best in my opinon. American Made - High Quality - GREAT Resale - Real Biker V-Twin type stuff. That of course is Ridley. They are great bikes made by Bikers with backgrounds in aviation, helecopters and high end design. Their bikes range in 15- 18,000 price range. Very low seat heights, Great Sound, Easy To Ride!! Check them out, at this posting their site was down for maint. They have been in business for about 14 years I think.

CF-Moto - Baron - Q-Link - YES CF moto does make scooter... BUT they also make two traditional motorcycles. This is a 250 cc Motorcycle with a fully automatic transmission CVT and is sold for only about $3000 bucks or $3800 for a crotch rocket version. These bikes are easy to ride, have a 26 inch seat height, weigh about 300 - 400 pounds and are perfect for a first time rider. If you buy a CF-Moto make sure you do it from a local dealer with a service department. Not That anything would go wrong, But these bikes are made in China, I think China, so you need to be sure of your source for repairs, maintence etc.
