What is the outside diamenter of the stock handlebars on a 1996 Honda Shadow VLX 600? Or what size handlebars will replace the stock handlebars?

Stock handlebars are 1 inch diameter. I do not know the width or height. If you are changing the width or height you will have to take into consideration the length of the cables and wires.
