help finding insurance for a moped that is a chinese inport a yiying 125 cc?

I don't know about PA, I live in California. Out here I would use the registration to get a new pink slip. Fill out the papers from DMV to sell the Banshee and include the address and name to the new owners and the purchase price to the new owners.

Go to your local Department of Motor Vehicles and get a replacement.

Is some one trying to tell me something??

You will have to apply for a replacement title. It's not a big deal. That kind of thing happens all the time. Then you can sign it over to the new owners. Shortly after that, you will find the old title and be mad at yourself for losing it. Only the most recently issued title is valid so you can throw the old one away if you do find it.
