The gas tank you could remove from the bike and let it air dry for several days. Perhaps you could suspend a dessicant in the tank through the gas cap to help. Then when you think it's dry, rinse it with petrol real good, drain it and reinstall it.

Whos been knocking around on the Devonshire coast then?Good on ya mate. You've gotta be looking at a full strip down of the whole bike. Salt water is an absolute curse in engines, bearings etc. Strip it down to components and flush everything thoroughly with diesel or kerosene or suchlike.
