CAN WE CHANGE THE GEAR SYSTEM OF BAJAJ PULSAR 180 cc UG3 ?

I want to buy the new pulsar 180 cc. but the problem i find is the GEAR system which are one front and rest of are back. It don't sutes me. I want all front gares. so please tell me can i change the GEAR like that. If so how.
