Good bike for the money and pretty decent riding position compared to some of the other rice-rockets. It is fairly quick and won't burn gas as much as the larger cc classes and easy to maintain and/or repair yourself.

What is the best youth 90cc atv?

I had a 1993 Katana 600. For the price i paid it was awesome. Katana's are value for money. Don't expect them to match their street-sport counterparts in the performance dept. though. However, if alls what you're looking for is some legit touring experience go for it. You won''t regret it.
