Does it really necessary to re-tune my Honda CB400 after installing a Yoshimura full system?

Hello. I own a 2006 Cagiva Mito 125. Today the bike developed a problem. When I hit the starter, all I hear is a single “Click” noise – the engine isn’t trying. I should note that earlier in the day, I was driving it fairly aggressively indeed! The bike was serviced only last week and I have only put about 2300km’s on the clock.

will my motorcycle fail an mot if the speedo is not working?

What is most likely going to cause this problem?

Avon Tires? Anyone have a comment?

I am 99% sure your starter relay is the problem ,if you follow the possitive lead from the battery you should come across a box or cylinder with two bolts on it that the cables connect to, with the ignition on put a screwdriver across the terminals and the engine should turn over. WARNING IT WILL SPARK SO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO FUEL LEAKING NEAR IT OR YOU ARE HOLDING THE METAL PART OR THE SCREW DRIVER!
if the motor turns over you will know the replace the relay or carry a screwdriver everywhere.

what is this lug on my frame for,gpz 550 h1/2?

one more thing check the battery is charged and no fuses have blown, it takes a lot of power to turn an engine over and if your battery is low or not holding a charge that'll cause the same problem

Sounds like your battery might possibly be flat, did you leave the lights on or do you have a dodgy alarm fitted?try testing the battery with a voltmeter. If its not don't mess with it get it into the dealers and have it fixed under warrenty.

DO NOT SHORT THE STARTER, if your lucky there will be no damage if your unlucky you'll melt a few wires, if your really unlucky the battery might explode I have a patch on my face where I don't have to shave due to such stupidity.have you tried bump starting the bike?
