Check www.scootdawg.com for some good info. Those machines tend to be cheaply made and will never have the dealer support of any of the Japanese machines. However, if you decide you'ld like to try one find an established dealer with a real shop. Do not purchase from an ebay drop shipper. If you get the machine at all, you will have little or no warranty or parts support.

Even though most of the Chinese mc/atv's are made under license from Honda or Yamaha, there are several 'levels of quality' of Chinese products - you get what you pay for.
Geeley and Kimco are highly rated while Tank is pretty cheaply made. Anything found in a Pep Boys or AutoZone are going to be junk with NO parts or service available.
