I put a 91 cylinder sleeve in a 1990 jug I thught it was a 91 but was a 90 jug will this work? lower end is a 91 parts came from e-bay this is why im having his problem.

Back in 1991, I think Kawasaki made some changes to the power valve located in the cylinder. Not too sure on this, but the best bet is to see if it will align up, or have your local moto shop help you. If you damage your power valve, not only will the bike not run good, it is very pricey to fix it.
