Just go to your lcal dealer and or motrcycle shop and ask around. There is no rush compared to motocross. If you are worried abut brken bone then just stop riding cause thats part of the sport. Yeah. It is a quite lane that is very remote that has a brick wall dead end so there is no reason for cars to go down it and therefore no traffic. It is caled cooks lane in a place called redenhall with a viliage called wortwell at one end and harleston at the other. Harleston is 15 mins away from Diss. Cooks lane is off a road called high road and high road is off a roundabout on the A143. As you go down Cooks lane the road splits in two different directions. If you go left you simply go down a steep hill. You don't want to go left. There should be a huge concrete square on the left. You can park on that and get the bike ready. On the bike just go right at the road split and keep going for about 1/2 a mil where the road ends and turn around again. Enjoy!
