Marvel Mystery Oil in Motorcycles?

Carfax doesnt work for bikes so you just have to examine the bike carefully and quiz the seller. If the bike has an aftermarket paint job, it might have been crashed. Look for cracks in the fairings, deep scratches, dents, etc. Take the fairings off and look for cracks or welds in the frame.

Does 1994 honda xr200r have electric start?

Unfortuntely you cant. Take a good look at the bike in the daylight. look closely at the frame, does it look like it's been repainted? Are there scratches on the frame? Look at the way the gas tank and body panels mount to the frame... does anything look really off center? If so, it's probably been crashed.
Also, if it has custom paing (and its not a chopper), there's a good chance that it's been crashed. Same goes for aftermarket bodywork.
Make sure the VIN number on the engine matches the frame.
Also inspect the engine closely for leaks of we spots.
Good Luck!
