I'm looking into getting a Hayabusa. Whats a good one to start off on?

Question:
I've been wanting a bike for along time. Getting a new job may have sealed the deal too. A bunch of guys at the shop I just started working at have convinced me that now is the time. I really want a Hayabusa but I don't want one thats too aggresive. I want one I can learn on if that makes any sense? Since this will be my first, I don't want one thats gonna get me messed up right out of the box. I know how to ride 'em, just have never owned one. Like I said I really want a Hayabusa just not one thats gonna kill me right away.. Any help?? Thx..

How much is a 1996 Harley dyno glide low rider worth with 9000 miles on it?

a hayabussa will kill a rookie dude. u dont have the skills yet to handle a race bike. u make a mistake on this bike, it will bury u. u need to start small when it comes to rockets. either a 250 or a 500 ninja. if u cant accept this, u better make out ur will before u pick this bike up because it will kill u the first time u disrespect this bike's power.

What do I need to get an inspection sticker for a 1998 Honda XR400R?

You don't want to learn on a busa. You will become a squid.

Harley Storage?

Get something like a honda rebel or a dual-sport bike and learn on that.

How do you burnout on a motorcycle?

What's your blood type? I got dibs on your kidneys? Seriously, don't even think about a busa. Get a 250cc bike and you might live past your first few mistakes.

I have a clutch cable problem.?

This is not necessarily a question of engine displacement, get a bike that has a nice linear power band instead of a peaky hi reving race engine. When you sit on your fist bike it should be light enough and low enough so you feel comfortable and can plant both feet on the ground. Don't get caught up in the image thing, your life is not worth it. I have a friend in a wheel chair, he pulled a wheelie on his 900RR something he did many times before. He is not too cool now, the light standard he hit was tougher than his back.

What is the 0-100 time for the bike Suzuki gsxr 1000 2006?

DO NOT get a BUSA!! you will crash it for sure! start off with a used 600 katana, or ZX6... something older so when you drop it you dont worry about it having a few scratches... start with some low HP and work your way into it... I have know riders that have 20 years experience and can not ride a busa...
good luck and buy some damn gear please! full faced helmet, gloves, boots, and a leather jacket at the very least!
and if you get the chance take the Motorcycle Safety Course! you will learn so much! and it will also give you cheaper insurance!

Im gettin my first motorcycle, is a 600cc good to start with, if you have any recomandations, holla?

how about a ninja 250.your question does not make any sense.
i didn't know they made a slow hayabusa. squid

How fast will a 2000 honda xr 100 go?

Don't listen to the guys at work. First, I think they are just "playing" you.
Second, that bike will kill you in a nanosecond. DON'T do it. I wouldn't even start off with a 500! If you want a sportbike, start with an old used 250 Ninja, something like that, NOT even a NEW bike! Start with something that's already not quite perfect cuz it'll save alot of heartbreak when you lay it down. Get a helmet and a good leather jacket, none of this riding around in tee shirt and shorts. I'd recommend a rider course from MSF, even if "you know how to ride".

How do you change the oil in a honda recon fourwheeler?

What the f*ck are you dumb yeah go get a busa. I've been riding for a couple years but mostly 250's and 400's aswell as riding quads all the times I finally bought a r6 I was going to get an r1 but decided against it so far i've gone 140 in my r6 and nearly killed myself a couple of times because of the power. if you get a busa you can start having you head stone done up. you need to be riding for several year I say 5 years before you even consider actually buying a busa they are a fast bike and a big bike you wil get yourself hurt. If you need something fast get an r6 or similiar 600 but only if you have some idea as to what your doing then in a year or two get a 1000 then a 1300 think about it if you used to a 600 and then jump to a busa that is over twice the power your used to. I've been in a couple accident trust me don't get something to fast you will get yourself seriously hurt and ruin the bike may as well just give me the 12k

Whats a good beginner dirt bike and cheap?

The only one you could get that won't kill you right away is a model.
Start smaller and work your way up. What you are saying is similar to: I always wanted a race car, I know how to drive, what Formula 1 car won't kill me? Like others you will meet, my first also came through a work connection, and co-workers that ride. You will get a number of answers that tell you to start small, because they are right. I own a 1992 zzr600kawasaki and would like to improve rear suspension any ideas would be grateful ty?

a hayabusa is wayy to powerful for a beginner. i've been riding for 25 years and i even had to get used to the power that it has, start small and used and then work your way up and you'll know when your ready to move up in cc's

Best way to secure a rally pack?

Guess what? They are not called 'donorcycles' for nothing. Just a little reminder that 60% of all organ donations come from testosterone fuelled young males. Start slow and work your way up. It's much easier to save face than having to work your way down 'cause it's too much for you if you haven't killed yourself by then. Four years ago I started on a Honda Rebel, then a Honda Shadow VLX600, now a Shadow Ace 750 + Duke 649.

Yamaha R1 Raven as a first bike?

The Hayabusa only comes in one size - 1300. It's a particular model of the Suzuki line.

Is a 1997 GSXR 750 a good bike or should you go newer?

And like everyone said, it's not really the thing for a beginner.

Anybody need a Pillion?

It seems like you are using the word Hayabusa to mean sportbike. The hayabusa is a 1300cc suzuki, pretty powerful and pretty big. I would suggest a smaller "sport bike" such as a ex500 kawasaki or sv650 suzuki to start. You can always buy the busa later.

Im dreaming of having offroad bike on streets?

Dude, if you aren't currently a bike owner, I'd say your skills are not up to a level that you should even consider a busa. You don't learn on a busa either. You learn on a 250. I've been riding my whole life and my 750 has enough stones toss me if I'm not careful. You'll have enough to worry about with all the 4 wheeled vehicles on the road. You don't need to add to it by not being experienced enough to handle you own 2 wheels.

How do i ride a dirtbike?

The Hayabusa is not a learning bike. It's the top end of Suzuki's sport bike line. And it will hurt you faster than you can think. It isn't a good one to start with. Your friends will get you killed.
Start smaller and used. If you drop it, which you will, you won't feel so bad. Then work your way up. The busa could be in your future, just not yet.
Remember, image ain't everything. There's some good things about being able to feed yourself, walking and wiping your own butt.
