Can you add what state you are in to the question? I'm sure there are cycle junkyards somewhat near you that can provide a used part. OR those things usually aren't that hard to repair (bend it back to close to what it should be). I assume the "stay" is the part inside the fairing that goes side to side to keep the mirrors from vibrating too badly.
