I wold read the washing instructions. In my exoerience you don't tumble dry Gore-tex. If you go to Millets you may find soe re-water proofing stuff though.

I would let them air dry to prevent shrinkage, also stuff them with some paper to keep shape.

Sugestion: get a couple of short (6" to 8") pieces of pipe stick them in you gloves and sit it in front of your forced air heat register or in front of a fan, so the air blows up the gloves. May dry them a little quicker

Bad idea, i did this just before christmas and the gloves not only shrunk but are now not waterproof. Maybe a low heat would make a difference.
