try JB weld.had a Suzuki as a winter hack a few years ago and the spark plug stripped its threads on the way to work. Stuck it back in with JB to get me home ran it like that for 3 years.putty metal once its set you can drill it and its heat prof it repaired my core plugs
Since this question is in the motorcycle forum, I assume it is an air cooled bike and the crack is in the cylinder head. No filler will stay in the crack because of expansion and contraction of the metal. My recommendation is to replace the head.

If you literally have a crack, the best fix is to have it heli-arc'd, then restore the hole.
Second best is to clean and rough it with very abrasive grit sandpaper and JB weld it.

get it weldedJB Weld will sometimes work, if you have the bike inside a heated garage or the temp is above 70 degrees where you are.
How could I sell a motorcycle left behind by an ex-house mate?
Also a marine sealer called Brolite also works very well and is not effected by the temp.
sounds like you have a exhaust problem, as only one bolt is now holding . if this is the case you might try a strong exhaust spring on the side that is striped or the other option is pull it apart and have it heliarked at a welding shop , drill it and retap the hole.i have yet to find liquid steel , or any other product of that nature desined to handle the pressure around a threaded hole ,a tab to mount on the pipe and a small hole in a finn unless it is water cooled in which case a spring mount on the engine can be tricky , in which case i put a tab on a cylinder bolt or head bolt ,.if you look at a 2 cycle dirt bike perhaps you will see where im leading you
