I would like to be able to ride a 49cc moped legally in Spain this summer. The Bike belongs to my parents, is insured and I have recently passed my full UK driving (car) licence. I have a cat A (Bike) provitional on my licence but no CBT. Am I required to pass any further tests before I can ride? Many Thanks.
