I'm a pretty good biker but i'm scared and really nervous about riding with a friend. Is there that much of a difference riding with a person? I know there is but really what should i be looking out for the most?

See if you can start off with a little 'un, the bigger the passenger the more difficult it becomes. Now motorcycle speed limiting is on the politicians agenda in the UK.?
If you're not confident try taking someone round a quiet car park & see how you get on. It is different riding with a passenger but you soon get used to it.
Why won't my 1961 pan head keep a charge?
Just remember if you do go out on the road your braking distance will be longer, acceleration isn't so good & you need to try & ride smoothly for the comfort of your passsenger. You will also find you need to take bends a bit slower until you get used to it.
Is it snowing where you live .in upstate ny it is.who is riding in other states?
Personally I hate carrying passengers as I don't mind risking my own life but I hate having to take responsibility for someone elses safety.
just go slow and be careful
DOES ANYONE KNOW THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AN ITALEJET DRAGSTER 125cc AND A 180cc (APART FROM 55cc).?
before you do you need to explain to them the rules (leaning etc) you would be better off with an experienced rider for the first timeMake sure the person leans into you. You don't want them throwing their weight around when you are making turns. Be confident. If you are scared you will surely make a mistake. Take it slow till you feel more comfortable.

Make sure your partner leans with you on cornering, and dont ride with somebody that is paranoid about bikes.HONESTLY, you need to heed that nervousness...
Is it OK to warm up my motorcycle when it's on the kickstand?
Regardless of how much seat time you have riding, if youre not comfortable now, you simply shouldnt risk another person's life by placing them on the back of your bike... Thats just common sense. You said a few telling remarks.youre a "pretty good" rider, but youre "scared and nervous." Sounds to me as if you do not have the confidence you need to ride two up (no shame in that - we all start at the bottom!). So, keep riding by yourself until you have that confidence.
Hey ladies do you find motocross racers atractive?
When youre over the confidence issue, there are a few things you should watch for. Firstly, it is best to give instructions to someone PRIOR to them getting on the bike. Tell them to sit close to you but not crowd you, and for them to NOT place their helmet over your shoulder so that they can see where you are going - it tends to make it hard for you to move your head when you need to. Tell them to hold onto you firmly, but not crush you. Best way is to have them place one arm firmly around your waist, and the other arm outstreatched and hand on the gas tank - that way they can support their own weight when you hit the brakes. When leaning, they need to either lean with you or remain upright - but NEVER to move around on the seat, especially in the middle of a turn. Lastly, you should be aware that your suspension will be much lower than when you ride alone, and will affect the handling of the bike. Turn-in will be slower, braking will take longer to accomplish - these are things that YOU need to remember when they get on...
So, get out there and practice!! when youre confident, then offer some hot girl a ride! Best of luck, brother.
Why motorbike need to warm up ? What are the consequences without doing so ?
until u are 100% confident that u can control the bike in almost any situation, be able to execute a simulated maximum effort panic stop at the speed u usually ride without thinking about how to do the manuver, u might not be quite ready to ride 2-up. 2-up riding is like day from night. completely different. the bike will handle, brake, start different with 2 up than solo. any weight shift she does will be picked up by the scoot; if she shifts left, it will drift left and vice versa.Just bought a new 50cc malaguti Drakon?
its best to start of small. take back roads for awhile. dont just jump on the freeway. actually, the best way to get used to riding 2 up in in a parking lot. done right, what can be done in a parking lot can be transfered to the street. at least if u dump the bike in the parking lot, it wont hurt quite as bad, and the scoot wont get trashed as much. i suggest get 'ride like a pro'. i got 1 of these, and they're worth it
