How much is a good asking price for a 03 yamaha r6?

the last 2 answers are pretty good. unfortunately, not everyone has a 'chrome fetish', and if its chromed out to the max, even if the price was decent, they still wouldnt 'bite'. ever since the '07's came out, people has been either trading up or selling their 'old' bikes almost at a loss just to get an '07. it isnt like what it used to be for us to sell our bikes. the only answer i can come up with at this time, check with kbb or nadaguides for a STOCK s/e v-rod, and u might as well just bite the bullet and take almost a 25% hit on the customizations u might have on it. maybe set it close to the original price of stock first...but if it doesnt sell within ur 'prefered' time frame, u might as well cut some losses if u really need to sell the bike.

Playboy bunny and easter bunny what the difference?

As you probably know, Harleys are an investment and only appreciate in value. I've got about $30k into mine and I know I can sell it for about $16k to $20k right now. So if I were you, I'd ask around $10k.

Boy has a kx 85 and i was wondering what fork oil to use and how much and how to drain it?

Take the original purchase price, add 12% for each year you've owned it. That should be about right.

What is the bulb type of the headlights of a Piaggio X9 500? What is their watt ratings?

kbb.com or nadaguides.com. Find a happy median between the two and sell it for that price.

Second hand scooty?

look at the KBB and NADA type guides. Look at local forsale papers or on Ebay. Don't assume what you paid for it plus a percentage- you'll likely never sell it. Buyers don;t care how much you put into a bike (or a car for that matter) it it's only a $10,000 bike, it's only a $10,000 bike- period. The $35,000 of extra chrome parts, paint, detailing, custom seat, baby diaper cloth cover, etc is worth significantly less to a buyer than you paid for it. Sucks, but it's a fact of life.

Motorbikes?

Bikes are tough since everyone likes to customise theirs when they buy it and get upset when noone else wants to pay for those custom things at the time of sale.

Trying to tune my 2005 Kawasaki 600rr?

While HD's hold their value pretty well, they're just like hot rod cars and are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them even if you dumped a bunch of money into them. If the bike is stock, I would ask somewhere in the ballpark of what you paid for it. You can always negotiate downwards. If you've added parts/paint, etc. figure about 50% of what you paid for them.

Need info on 85 honda interceptor?

I don't agree that they are an "investment" and that they will appreciate in value unless you happen to be talking about an old stock '48 Pan or an earlier Knuckle.

How much is a 1984 TRX200 4 wheeler worth?

For a true value call the local bank and ask them how much they will loan on it, then add 4-5k to their price.

Why do some people drive wildly on a motorcycle, knowing that they could get killed?

I don't know about your area but where I live V-rods are very unpopular. New ones at the local dealer are always on sale. I've seen 2-3 year old ones go for less than 10 grand. Not the case with the big twins.
