In any case, after the build, it would be most appropriate to have the engine dyno-tuned by a knowledgeable technician (who is experienced with either the SERT or PC, depending on which you go with) to ensure that the engine is tuned properly, that air/fuel ratios are appropriate throughout the range, and that you get good power.
