Does anybody know the correct amount of fork oil to put in a nsr125?
1st, a track is only good if you plan on competing. If you don't have the practice in, this would be really unwise! Try checking w/ local landowners that have undeveloped land (one that rides him/herself is even better) and get permission. If your as young as I think you are, then maybe you could trade odd jobs (lawn mowing etc.) for ride permission. If you see someone riding in a feild, stop and ask. Worst they could say is no. Good luck. How fast can one go (on average) balls out on a "crotch rocket?"?
not sure where at in md you are but here are somehttp://www.atvpathfinder.com/trails.cfm?...there isnt, but there is probably something around there somewhere. im an ameture dirtbike racer, so i race all over the east coast. try atvpathfinders.com. its a great website
In response to William's answer I disagree that you shouldn't ride on an MX track just because you are a beginner. I see 5-6 year old kids as well as beginning adults on the track learning to ride all of the time . You don't have to be a "racer" to ride at an MX track. Many people only go for open practice and never race. What you should do is go to your local motorcycle shop(s) and tell them you are looking for an MX track that has open practice. If anyone knows they will. They want folks to get involved in riding since it only helps their business. I know the shop I frequent has a big bulletin board with flyer's from all the local tracks. Good luck!!
