Where can i get a blueprint for a motorcycle like a ninja?

To trouble shoot this problem let's take it step by step.
1) If kill switch is off ,and you have spark then you know that you have power.
2) If you have compression (pull spark plug and put your thumb over spark plug hole.Turn over the motor.Your thumb should feel compression)If you have some compression you will get a "back fire" at least if your timing is close.
If you have spark, compression and fuel ,then it should start.
SO, I would pull the air filter and spray a LITTLE starting fluid into carb and see if it wants to start. If it fires this tells you that you have a carb problem. Most of the time this is from having water in the "float bowl" .This can happen from bad gas or from sitting around and not being ran for a while. Carb should have a drain screw, open it and let it empty.
This should get you on the right path. good luck. don

Does motor can also be called a bike?

PY 90, is that a 2 stroke? or 4 stroke?
If it is a 2 stroke it will more than likely be the carburettor, the crank case seals or reed valve.

Should i buy a new motor for my harley or rebuild my present motor? Anyone know of deals on motors?

If it is a four stroke it could be the carburettor or valve clearances.
Check your carburettor first.
Turn off your fuel, drain your carburettor by removing the drain **** from the float bowl whick should be underneath the carb itself.
Remove the carb from your engine systematically.
Turn it upside down and unscrew your float bowl and inspect!
You should see your float, remove carefully and inspect the bowl itself for foreign matter! If you have a manual it should have a tolerance you can check for the float itself. This ensures it will let fuel into your float bowl before it totally runs dry.
You will see underneath where the float sits that there is a needle sitting in a seat. Carefully remove this and inspect the seating face! If it is worn it will flood your engine before you even try to start it.
If so replace the needle and remove the seat and replace as well. (usually in kit form)
If that all O.K then look at your diaphram which will be on the opposite side of the float bowl.
Once you remove the cover you will find it will want to spring off, this is due to the spring under the cover that seats in the diaphram. Carefully remove the entire diaphram it will have the main needle on the lower side which passes through the venturi of your carb.

Inspect for cracks and tears. Following that, you will find a small hole on the upper side of where the diaphram sits. This is critical that it is clear. You need to make sure it is not blocked!

Anyone have 96 kx 250 parts?

If all this checks out then the last thing I would check on the carb is the idle jet screw. Ensure you are aware of how many turns out you have done or you will screw up your idle adjustment.

O.K, thats the carb. If you are confident it is not the carb, then it is more than likely going to be your valve clearances.

You definetely need a manual for this to ensure you have the correct clearances.

If the clearances aren't correct the you will get gas bypass on the compression stroke and you wont be able to get the burn you are looking for.

If you want a more detailed description of valves clearances get a hold of your manual and follow the sequence.
You may needa few tools to help you on your way as well which hinders most people from doing it themselves.

Motorcycle class?

Try just a little starting fluid in the cylinder. if it starts for a second and runs then it's not getting fuel from the carbs.Check to see if your petcock is working properly.Do you have an inline fuel fiter that could be clogged? It could possible be a stuck float. Before pulling the carbs I would try the above first.

Check under the tank and make sure the fuel petcock is turned to the on position--if so then check the fuel line for clogs. Also change the fuel filter. I would do this before messing w/ the carb-hope it helps!!
