How do i take the tips off of my handlebar if the screws are rusted...any special way to do that.?

the type of motorcycle i have is a 2002 yamaha yzf r6 and the tips need to be screwed off but the bolts that hold the tips in are rusted...any special way to get those tips off without messing up my handlebars.
