Mine has carb heaters, so no - yours should too, check the wiring, although the very earliest ones may not have been fitted with them. Alternatively Silkolene Pro FST fuel additive should help.

Depending on year it should have carb heaters refer to your manual for conections if not use a speacel fuel rocket fuel or addative which elimanates this best bet thou is check carb heats first
