Without changing jets the only adjustment you can make is idle speed and idle mixture, the mixture screw is usually 11/2 turns out is fine for most carbs. It is rare for a carb to go out of adjustment, so, if your bike was correct at one time it probably hasn't changed. Consider other factors besides carb settings, for instance, when was the last time the airfilter was changed or serviced? Or perhaps do you run for extended periods of time with the choke on? Could be time for some fresh plugs anyway, hope you find the problem.
