t crank up it has power all electricals work is there something in the clutch thats keeping it from starting up?

I don't know about the Suzuki's location, but many bikes have two little wires that go into the clutch perch make sure they are either connected, or you can disable it by wiring them together. Remember when you used to start it the clutch had to be pulled in?
