Rain x is the very best for this cause the water just beads off of it.. You can buy it at any auto parts store for about 8 dollars.Spray on a water repellent.

Get wipers installed? was that guy joking? Who knows, they may have them! There are, however, products made for windshields that will cause the water to "sheet" off the visor, as it does a winshield, making visibility remarkably better! look for them at any larger hardware type store, or your stupid err super stores, like walmart, etc. but, damn! sorry, I cannot remember the name of the product(s) there are more than one, and they can generally be found (on Ebay of course) in the auto section of your dept store, logically, by the windshield wiper fluid.For a crf 80 what is the best exhaust for it?
For use on a helmet, it would probably have to be re-applied frequently... the more your visor come into contact with objects, and the oils from you hand/arms/etc it will wear the product off.

Sounds stupid this, but look THROUGH the rain on the visor and not directly at it. It helps a lot.

i put pledge on both my windsheild and visor. it works surprizingly well in cleaning the windsheild of bug remains without scratching, rain just rolls right off. u never want to clean a bike windsheild with typical windsheild cleaners..soap and water only. rain-x and anti-fog works well in repelling water also, but for windsheilds, i stick with pledge. dont belive me, try it for urself.anti-fog cream
There is plenty of water repelant products specifically designed to tempt the water to "float" off the visor. I bought one many years ago at a motorcycle show but can't for the life of me remember the name of it

Rain-X makes polycarbonate visors craze and go brittle as the solvents attack it (says so right on the bottle if you bother to read it, glass only)Wax suitable for polycarbonate or washing up liquid on inside so your breath doesn't steam it up as bad. Just a couple of spots, work it around with fingertips so you don't scratch anything allow to dry and polish with soft cloth (don't use paper towel it has stuff in it that goes blurry)
