Question:
ok my friends cousin jsut crashed his brand new bike into a car and his cousin will not take the blame...1. does he lose his permit and 2. is there anything he can do about the guy not confessing he crashed the bike?
Answers:
in all states, permit riders are required to have a helmet, and that would be in the police report. he might not lose his permit totally...suspended maybe. nothing can be done legally to have him confess to wrecking the bike, so to get the money for repairs, u'll need to take him to court for it.
What is the best way to remove 3M "very high bond tape"?
this is just 1 of the reasons why i wont allow anyone to ride my bike. if he phucks up, i'm out of a bike until its fixed.
How do i make my mini bike faster?
first of all who was riding the bike? Your cousin or his friend? Second, does your cousin have any insurance on the bike? Did your cousin have a helmet on and was it during daylight hours? If the answer is no to any of these questions then he could possibly face serious fines and lose his permit. The person riding the motorcycle at the time of the accident is liable. The insurance on the bike will be asked to cover the damage. Check with the insurance company for further details on this though.
Anyone who only has a permit MUST wear a helmet. It is law. ONLY after completing a Riders Safety Course or being licensed for 2 YEARS can a rider run without a helmet. Helmet laws vary state to state. Riding without a helmet is stupid. It's one's choice to do so, but not a smart one.

Turn him into the Police...he broke the law and why should our rates/premiums go up because of fraudulent claims like this.More Questions & Answers ...
