Somebody gave me an electric scooter called "alpha" by bike usa. i cant find the charger to it on ebay or any?

Does it slip, or continuously grab (won't disengage)?
Either way, you'll have to look at it.
The spring could be worn out.
The weights or rollers could be stuck.
The belt could be glazed.
Like I said, it has to be looked at.
