How to adjust a chain on Honda vfr400?

what is the record for longest drive on motorbike? (it doesnt necessarily mean continuous)?

you will need to use the special tool for turning the cam shaped middle part of the rear wheel, if you can imagine a circle with a lump sticking out this is what a cam looks like, this is what pushes against the inner part of the wheel hence making it move forward/backwards and so tightening the chain. if it is still slack (more than half inch of movement) you will need a new chain and probably sprocket set. these jobs on this bike are best left for good mechanics with the correct tools. it my be as in so many bikes its original tool kit is missing and without the c spanner you can not adjust it.

Whats the age limit to carry a passenger on your motorcycle?

THERE SHOULD BE APPROX 1/2"' PLAY IN THE CHAIN WITH YOU ON THE BIKE,CHECK IT IN SEVERAL PLACES TO ALLOW FOR CHAIN STRETCH,ALSO CHECK THE SPROCKETS FOR HOOKING,IF THE SPROCKET ARE HOOKED CHANGE THEM AND THE CHAIN.
