Moped Operators License Question?

Question:
Okay I was recently pulled over by a cop and arrested and ticketed for driving without a operators license, The DOL in my state says that if its under 50 ccs and doesn't go faster than 35 mph then i don't need a license or a motorcycle endorsment, now can someone find this information so i can print it for my court date, cause if this information is false that my DOL is providing me then im totally screwed.Btw My State is Washington

Talk to a moped dealer. They should have some source of information on this sort of thing. Or call the DMV and ask them.

it is on the web most likely under your states DMV or Public Safety site.
